Charlie Mulholland will be giving those that have little or no understanding of macro photography a little talk on the subject in room 1 and also showing some sample images. Once Charlie is finished his talk please feel free to go into room 2.
Sammy Lyttle will be setting up a little studio in room 2 for those that already understand macro photography.
If members would like to bring along some objects that have very fine detail ie, flowers, watches, etc as these will be needed so you have something to photograph.
Can I ask members that own real macro lenses to bring them along and if you would be so kind to let other members that don't have macro lenses have a go with them on their own cameras.
Tripods would be a handy thing to bring to this session, if you have an external flash bring it along also.
Macro lenses are not lenses that are for example 18-55mm or 70-300mm or nifty 50's that say macro or closeup on the lenses, these just mean you can get a closer focus distance.
This session should be of interest to members regardless of photographic abilities.
