Hi folks as you can see I have added a New Awards Page to the site. I will be listing all awarded images, from NIPA, EAPU, Roy Finlay, and the clubs internal rounds ie PDI/Prints Of The Year etc.
For this to work can members please have these forwarded to me, use the contact page and I will get back to you asap.
The images will be made into a slideshow to reduce the risk of images being stolen and will also be at screen resolution so they are of no use to anyone for printing etc.
Please make sure all images sent include the following: Title, Award, Name, Round.
Do not resize them, Do not watermark them, Do not add frames. (saves me alot of time making them all look nice in the slideshow).

Ok folks this week please bring in the 3 of a kind and Candid Camera prints.
PDI of the year competition will also be held this evening.
3 of A kind = 3 images in a theme, image size 6x4 portrait or landscape orientation stuck on a standard size mount.
Been told now that the images for 3 of a kind can be any size so long as they fit on the standar size mount. Above is an example with 6x4 images.
Candid Camera Images = any size image black and white or colour on a standard size mount.
Hope this clears things a little.
Heavy snow over parts of Northern Ireland in recent weeks have seen farmers loose tens of thousands of sheep. In some parts, snow was 3 to 4 metres deep and food had to be airlifted into some of the worst hit areas. It is only now that farmers are fully beginning to count the cost as the snow begins to melt and they are able to access their land.
