Competition Print and Mount sizes

Print entries need to be with the Competition Secretary the week before judging of that competition, unless otherwise agreed with the Comp. Secretary (e.g. you can't make it to the club the previous week due to illness or work/family commitments) . Your PDI's need to be emailed to [email protected] by mid-night Sunday before the competition.
NIPA Inter-Club Mount 40cm x 30 cm can be of any colour
Prints can be any size up to 40cm x 30 cm, but generally 12inch x 8inch works.
The back of the mount must show the author's name, category and image title.
New for the 2018/19 season - If an image has been placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in our Club competition the photographer will need to send PDI version of the printed image to the Competition Secretary to be
forwarded on to NIPA for judging.
PDI Projected Digital Images should be saved in Photoshop, or similar, as JPEG at a MAXIMUM 1600
pixels wide X 1200 pixels tall at a resolution of 72dpi. No bigger than 2Mb.
Roy Finlay Natural History Prints may be any size up to 50 x 40cm and must be mounted. Mounts may be of any colour but must measure 50 x 40cm. The back of the mount must show:
The author's name and address
The name of the author's club
The title of the print
Club 20x16 Comp Mount size must be 20inch x 16inch.
Print size of 16 inches x 12 inches generally works best, but you can use any size up to 20 x 16.
Image can be a color or black & white print.
The back of the mount must show the author's name and image title.
Club Wildlife Comp. The Club's Wildlife Competition will follow the definition of wildlife as laid out by NIPA.
